We all know that reativity is the best source for problem identification, innovation and generating ideas. You can make the power of creativity stronger through the tests of creative thinking. Everyone is an individual, whilst one person may be better in a particular area than another, the other may be better in a differnt area.These tests will be able to give you a better idea of what your business is built around, especially if you are overseeing anyone that needs to be creative to flourish in your organization.

If you want your business to thrive with creativity these tests are important. There are so many ways and different tests of creativity that you could use to see just how well your company is performing. Here are a couple of ways that you could implement into your organization today.

1. Interviewing future employees - There are a few things you should be looking for when you are interviewing employees. You may find that some seniors can be stubborn to change and innovation, so you are going to need someone who is not scared to voice their opinions. They should be able to persuade others into their ways of thinking. Be on the lookout for an employee who does not back out on their own ideas. These types of employee can sometimes cause friction or tension, but trust me they are our future leaders.

2. Expect differences in opinions - Your juniors shouldn't feel like their creativity is being supressed in your workplace. If they are being watched constantly by the seniors, it could stifle their creativity. If you dont want your organization to head in the wrong direction then it is definately time for a change.

You should provide your employees with the neccesary tools to make sure that your organization is as creative as it should be. In brainstorming sessions you could provide notebooks and whiteboards to ensure that they get their creative juices flowing.Writing notes can help creativity and also give them ideas to work on later.

Having fun in the workplace is a must. There are so many employees today that complain that meetings are too long, or too boring, how can you expect them to be creative in this atmosphere. By bringing fun into the meeting room is just one of the many ways you can create some creativity in your business.

Look for new ways for employees to do the same old jobs. Why not change the way they answer the phone or arrange the office. You should always be on the lookout for new ways you can implement creativity in your organization.

There are a wide range of tests of creative thinking that can keep your business going in the right direction. Remember if you want a creative organization, you need a creative atmosphere.
