Although there are many causes of heart attacks, some are even still largely unknown, there are a handful of lifestyle reasons that can contribute to the attack. I present to you my own Ten steps to a heart attack.
10. Smoke. We all know that smoking is dangerous to your health, to your cardiovascular system, especially your heart. When you smoke, your arteries clog, raising your blood pressure, making you doubly prone to heart attack compared to those who do not smoke.
9. Drink too much, or not enough. Alcohol consumption, in the right amount, can actually have a protective effect on your heart. Drinking too much, or too little, is not effective anymore. Drinking too much puts your heart at serious risk of an attack because alcohol raises your blood pressure and can have other negative effects on your body.
8. Vegetate. If you do not exercise regularly, you cannot reduce stress, reduce cholesterol levels, or heal your body from issues with blood pressure or excess weight. Living a sedentary life without exercise is an excellent way to set your heart up for a heart attack.
7. Get angry. Believe it or not, simply getting angry can raise your chance of having a heart attack, making it just as dangerous as health related causes. If you frequently get angry for long periods of time, the resulting rise in blood pressure can lead to a heart attack.
6. Losing control of your cholesterol. Eating saturated fats, especially trans saturated fats, consuming too many calories, and eating foods that are not rich in nutrients can cause your cholesterol to go up, which can make you much more likely to have a heart attack in time.
5. Get stressed out. Stress is a huge factor that leads to heart disease, so getting stressed out regularly and for long periods can raise your blood pressure, and lead to heart disease and heart attacks.
4. Lose control of your blood pressure. If your blood pressure gets to be too high, your heart will have to work a lot harder to push blood through, which can cause it to enlarge, which can lead to a serious risk for heart attack later on.
3. Don't take your health serious enough. If you don't take care of your health, you may develop heart attack symptoms. You must give importance to your health everyday to keep your heart healthy.
2. Over exert yourself. When you exert yourself too much, your stress level causes your blood pressure to rise, and increases your chances of having a serious heart attack. If you are already prone to heart attack from other causes, you should avoid over exerting yourself.
1. Not taking advantage of my unique program. Even though you can beat all of the nine factors mentioned here, you are still at risk of getting a heart attack. But if you use and follow my program, you will definitely win the battle against heart attack.
