"The color green has always been seen as the color for prosperity and fertility and also as a sign for money. Black has been for long and even to an extent
now is considered to be the sexy color to wear. Well there is competition for black and that is green and it can be safely said that green is clearly gaining
a lot of points and fans. The "Green is the new black" T-Shirt has been making waves in the fashion circle due to its uniqueness. The statement has certainly
come of age with all kinds of people adopting it.
So what has brought about this change?
The concept of course was of course was a stroke of genius by some master mind, but mostly it has got to do with many people becoming more environment
conscious and more importantly being more responsible about the environment. Everyone is going on and on about how they can save the pretty flowers, mighty
tress and sexy beaches. So, what can they possibly do? Well almost nothing because in the end, time catches up and they are all caught up with their own
work. This is where the "Green is the new black" T-Shirt comes in. This T-Shirt is more of a way for people to make a fasion statement and show that they do
care even if they can't do much to help. Moral support you see.
The fact is that is more than the color green it's the statement that has caught on. T- Shirts with this statement can be seen on tees of various other
colors. The essence of the statement many say is that it actually says that there is nothing cooler than nature and serving nature.
There is no doubt that in the end it's a T-Shirt that roots for social concern and has changed the way a lot of people approach things. The T-Shirt has
proved that some things packaged in the right way can make a big difference to how people think. So its time people start doing something for nature and if
they can't at least wear the T-Shirt and show that they do care in a way. "
