Fast muscle building seems like an oxymoron to most people and that is reality. I'm not presenting a quick fix or anything like that. I'm going to show you how you can build muscle faster than normal by taking advantage of all the science and biology of your body. This won't make you instantly big. It will takes months of hard work and dedication, but if you stick to it, you'll eventually put on muscle.
Your diet is all that matters at this point. I started out thinking it was all about the gym and how much I was lifting. I didn't start to get great results until I really focused on my diet and making sure I was putting the best possible food to build muscle tissue.
I think you should do your best to avoid all those processed foods. They have a ton of chemicals in them and they're not good for building muscle. You need to be eating natural, food and typically at the grocery store, it is found around the outside walls. The isles contain a lot of processed items and should be avoided at all costs. I typically only get a few things like tuna and brown rice.
I see way too many people working at the gym that never break a sweat. They seem to have long workouts and they take their time focusing on how much their lifting. Here's a news flash; overall stress on the body is what forces you to build muscle. That comes from short, but intense workouts.
